Period Architecture is a custom residential design firm located in the historic Borough of West Chester, Pennsylvania. Our firm engages with clients to create uniquely tailored designs in a variety of periods and styles. These designs reflect our client’s interests as well as our passion for creating residences based on an intellectual and intuitive design process. As visionaries we create timeless architectural expressions of beauty harmonizing with the landscape, complementing the character of a region with a masterful articulation of light, proportion, scale and thoughtful integration of sustainable materials and systems.
Period Architecture was founded in 2010, after years of experience with highly-respected Mid-Atlantic architecture firms, and readily garnered recognition from national publications, regional home tours and the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia award for the restoration of the 1776 Edwards House.
